Starving yourself of your favourite may not help your effort to lose weight quickly
One of the many traps that people make when they decide to lose weight quickly is to give up a whole lot of things. Many also tend to choose diets that restrict them to certain types of food. Whilst all these could be good in the short run many of you find doing that on a permanent basis hard to live with.
