Another study in 2009 could not find any credible evidence to support the claim of a relationship between eating this food and a reduction in the risk of having either breast, gastric, endometrial or lung cancer. However there was some limited evidence to show that it could help reduce the risk of other cancers such as those associated with the prostate, colon and esophageal, as well as oral, larynx, renal cell and ovary cancers.
