    It’s the universal truth in my workplace that I love to eat – all the time, even when I am not hungry. It’s interesting to see that I am already applying some of your tips in my eating behavior. I drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily, I almost always have soup for dinner, I run a bit in the morning and I totally love curry and spice.
