    Those are some good tips! I have a saying: Don’t learn to diet, learn to eat. It briefs all my philosophy towards a healthy leaving. Unfortunately, we are never taught how to eat, what is good for our health/body and what is not.
    About the tips of the teas. Teas are really good for health. When we involve them in our daily eats, they can make some great improvements quietly. To me, green tea is amazing for weight loss. I’ve never heard about the Pu-erh tea. Will research about it deeply 🙂 Thanks for the info!
